Recorded message pretending to be Paypal advising about a payment from account. Scam

Claimed they were from Telstra. Very noisy background, you can hear everyone talking as if it’s a large warehouse of callers. When I asked “what?”, they continued the conversation like as if I was in agreement with them. Hung up on them, no callback so far

Claiming to be from Commonwealth Bank enquiring about 2 x $800 to USA that were blocked. Wanted me to download an App to allow funds to move. I had some time to I let him show his scam...

Claimed they were from technical department of telstra and a 3rd party was in my ip address. When I said I'd ring back, they hung up
