No answer when I answered, possibly a scammer ?

I called back number (03) 9989 1200 rang 5 times then goes to busy tone.

Can't understand what they said, but from electricity company about my bill.. I told him I don't have a bill in my name so that's a bit awkward and he hung up on me!

Answered call from this no. But it was a silent call no one spoke. Possible scammer

I have had this number call me consistently - I have blocked them - spam

When I rang back all you hear is a phone ringing. No one picks up... Blocked!!
