Scam caller

Caller: Scam -

Said they were from Visa and wanted to check a charge which they thought was a scam!!

Caller: Says it’s a call from Bathurst NSW

I don't usually answer these calls but today I wanted to see who I got. Strong accent, possibly Indian. Said they were from NBN Telstra and that they had noticed my internet speed had been slow the last few days. They asked me to check my modem and tell them how many lights were flashing. I told them I had 4 lights not flashing. I then asked if they were really from NBN Telstra and of course they said yes they were. I replied I don't think you are, and hung up.

Caller: landline number with Bathurts area code

Recorded message - purporting to be from paypal - hang up and block 'em

obvious scam. recorded message claiming to be from visa wanting payment of $900 for goods purchased. Just hung up.

Caller pretended to be PayPal and requested 945 $ from my account

Only have set up this sim card and haven't shared my number yet - so assumed it was scam call and didn't answer and seconds after it stopped calling they tried from a mobile number 0488 879 207. Came here & saw others have had calls from the 02 number

Caller hung up when I answered. Have blocked.

Caller: Scammer

Called and hung up then received multiple calls from other numbers. Probably just rang to confirm they had reached genuine number then on-sold number to other scammers

When I said hello the caller hung up. I checked Reverse Australia’s website to see if it was a scammer. Then I rang Optus. I was told it is not an Optus number.

When you ring this number from a landline with no ID you get answer by someone saying " Diamond Plaza" totally scammers

Don't recognise the number, probably a scam

They want to confirm my pay pal account details

Scam call - If you don't sound like their targeted patsy they hang up
