Telstra needs their arse kicking the only reason this is happening is because they know that their services are getting used at a fraction of the cost they would be paid in Australia so therefore handing our details out for extra money the thing that get's me is they know everything from your full name to d.o.b. and tele provider.

A girl rang from this number saying she was from Apple Marketing, I hung up without giving her a chance to ask me for money. I'm not usually rude and hang up but these type of calls tick me off with the amount of times they ring.

They keep calling me as well, every day - from a slightly different number. And they hang up when I answer. Why do they hang up? Is it because they want you to call back so they don't pay for the call?? All I can say is don't call them back and waste your time. I'll be using the block feature on my phone app.

So sick of calls everyday to my mobile from all different numbers. All telemarketing. No matter how many times u say stop calling they call again tired of my information being asked over n over different numbers each time sick of it i dont want a new number i just now have my phone on auto reject it sux i have to live like this

This joint calls for red cross, seeing eye dogs and arthritis foundation, but they have rung and hung up on me more than once - so I rang them back and actually got to speak to someone - amazing! and they have their own do not call register that the very nice lady at reception offered to put my number on!

Whoever they are they keep ringing every few days two or three times a day but hang up when the answering service kicks-in.
Could be scammers, but definitely are up to no good.

This number rang my mobile and hung up when I answered. I had only just had a call from 9006 0155 on my landline a few seconds before which stopped ringing before I could answer.

I called Apple Marketing directly. They are an Australian based company with real local people calling from QLD and VIC. The receptionist explained that they use an auto-dialler to call, and it's meant to disconnect if the call isn't answered after 5-6 rings, so it's not an actual person hanging up on us.
Hopefully they'll change their auto-dialler program to try a bit longer and give us a chance to get to the phone, because they raise money for genuine local charities.
If you don't want to receive calls, email your state and phone number to this email address, but remove the spaces first, I only put them in because email addresses are censored.....

Aussie accent, but spoke so fast I couldn't understand him. I then realized he was yelling so loud that it distorted the mike his end.

Said he was from Apple Mac, on behalf of some charity. Told him we no longer support charities on phone calls. These types have killed it for the old legit charities.

They ring twice a day. Obviously up to something

I have got a call from this number at 3 times in the last week. Since I have caller ID, I do not answer it because it has the look of a bogus number. Thanks for the heads up from you others that have experienced calls from the same number.
