Further to my last message: Apple marketing services 22 different charities. Visit their site and add yourself to their DNC register = no more annoying calls from charities.

To stop all Apple marketing calls on (03) 9006 0158 go to applemarketing.com.au, privacy link, DNC link. Print and email form - you will be off the list. Painful yes, but so worth it! IMA charities and political calls should be on the national DNC register.

this num. rang tonight for a few seconds. As I have a ID incoming call screen (Uniden), it is much easier to guess if the call is a cold call. The service is about $4.50 a month with my Provider...thougjh I shouldn't have to do that and resisted it for a number of years. Unless I think it is worthwhile to recall, I usually delete the number, and do not bother to dial it. I also made a list of certain numbers to avoid. It provides me a certain amount of relaxation knowing that I have some control over it.
If I want to check I just put the number in the searche bar like this time and if I see even 1 complaint against it its curtains for that one.

Have had calls to my landline coming from both (03) 9006 0155 and (03) 9006 0158 (almost identical numbers). Generally they hang up just after I answer. I have given to the Heart Foundation on several occasions so maybe I am due for another call from them! (Several people have mentioned the Apple Marketing Group and these two numbers, on this site.)

Why do these people call? When you pick up the phone, they don't answer. Beats me!

Makes me so frustrated that I have to purchase another item to block unwanted calls. These cretins are impacting on my time and life, and my friends and family that have been given my number are inconvenienced because I need to take steps to stop unwanted calls.
Bugger the telemarketers and the legislation that continues to allow these creatures to persistently call and hang up before talking...

We get many calls from this number. Annoying at least.

I get Jason Oconnor all the time on my answering machine. But he hasn't called back since I got him in person and said I'd report him to the police :)

Yup you give a donation to help or buy a ticket then you are constantly harassed. Stops people buying or donating at all.
Was woken by this mob yet again and it is constant. Scam marketers.

A woman with a Scottish accent called me on this number. She said she was calling on behalf of the Salvation Army, and wanted me to give a donation over the phone. I said I would give them a donation, but not over the phone. I have never had the Salvation Army call me like this before.

Yes hung up when I answered. Some stupid charity or company are paying these people to make x number of calls, which they can say they made but they don't even try to talk, just hang up when we answer, when will they learn this method of marketing does not work.

These people are low life scammers.

It is in the phone companies interest to sell/share their lists - every call made is another call someone is paying them for.

Don't phone these annoying marketers (beggars) back, that only lets them know when you're home and costs you money.

Sick of this phone number ringing and hanging up just as I answer the phone :/
