Received a call from them telling me my wife could get compensation from a recent motor vehicle accident. My wife doesn't have a driver license and she been working over seas for the past 3 years.

Yep - same as everyone else here, called my mobile (company provided) had my correct (maiden) name which is interesting given work is set up with my married name, asking about an accident I or my family member had in the last 4 years, yeah right, total scam, blocked!! tried to report to Telstra but needed password details (Telstra, it's a company of over 500 people, I do not have our company password and surely you can access and action without this?). Anyway thank god for iphones block function :-)

Had a missed call from this number with no message the past few days. Today I answered and it was an Indian lady. Even though it was a NSW number I think it was rerouted from overseas as took a while to connect.
Similar to a few other comments it was an "accident compensation" scam. She said she was calling as their records indicated myself or someone in my family had been in a car accident in the past three years and could be compensated.
I told her no one has been in an accident and to remove me from their call list.

Receiving calls daily from this number advising Im entitled to compensation

Had 2 calls today on our business mobile. Woman could hardly speak English. All I got was ".... accident in the last 2 years...." I told her that was full of bull......

I am also glad I looked up this number and not the only one receiving these annoying calls.

These people have called me before. moron couldn't say my name correctly and I thought they had the wrong number but then the name of the company rang a bell and I looked them up here. now blocked. and just for good measure I called them back and left the phone connected on their answering machine for a long long time .

this mob has been ringing my wife every other day we are sick of scammers, how do we rid the world of these ------

Scam call about a fictitious motor vehicle accident I was involved in - cut him short!

Asian lady called to tell me that I could make a claim on the car accident I had in the last 2 years. When I asked who she was and where she was calling from she said Follow Up Services. She asked me if I would like to make a claim but when I responded by saying I was pretty sure this was a scam she terminated the call. Losers.

I too have had the same call as everybody else from this number. I have had similar calls from other numbers too. In all cases, the caller's first language is not English. Not sure what they intend to get out of this scam.

I have had a few from this number. Mostly no one on the line but once with the "accident compensation" scam.
Easy to block on smart phone but not on home phone. I just solved this for myself by adding the number to the phone book on phone..called it scam call and gave it it's own ring tone.

Same as the rest, but I played along for the hell of of it. Before she could finish I told her that my Kingswood had smashed into a Lamborghini Aventador and pushed that into a Porsche 918 but it was all the Porsche's fault. Then I told her we had a wonderful thing here now called the internet and I knew she was a scammer. At least I stopped her annoying someone else for 30 seconds.

This number has called a few times, I answered today, non English speaking female, when I asked what they were calling about she hung up, so I didn't get a chance to tell her I was going to report her to The Do Not Call Register !!!!!,next time......

Had the same call as many other's on this number they weren't particularly pushy but I couldn't get them to talk much longer once I asked if I could call them back

Just got a call from these SCUMBAGS.
First a Philipino on the line then puts you through to another Scumbag with a strong English accent.
ITS A SCAM - tell them they're sh*tbags and hang up. Don't give them any info.

Called and asked the same if I had been in an accident. I thought they were calling regarding my hubby's claim from QBE. So i asked if he is from qbe and he said yes. Omg what a lie. He asekd personal details and i hunged up then kept calling few times.. Big scam

Just had a call from this number and as I'm an investigator for insurance companies I proceed to question how my details were obtained. They finally admitted they use and auto dialer and hung up. Do not give them any info!!

i have blocked this number after reading comments- called me 9 times in 2 days
