Had 2 calls this evening claiming to be Telstra & that someone was trying to hack our computer, 1st time she hung up, 2nd time my husband told her we knew it was a scam

male and female been ringing the last few days and i call them out on not being from Telstra. Today my husband answered and called the male out again and then the person said very vulgar things done to me.

Claimed to be from Telstra. Calling about my internet.

Called at 9.35pm. Silence, then computer voice said goodbye and hung up.

Someone rang from this number claiming to be Telstra, claimed our computer was downloading corrupt files and we would lose internet for six months if not fixed. Told them good, we would save money and they hung up. Got another call same evening telling us someone from overseas was trying to hack our details.

Maintained they needed to fix my internet connection and please log onto my computer so they could fix it! Yeah, like right! Hung up!

Said he was from Telstra at North Sydney, when I questioned the validity he called me a motherf***er.

Technical dept of Windows. Obviously a scam

answered the call, they said they were calling from Telstra Exhibition street Melbourne regarding my internet connection. I pointed out 02 is NSW not Victoria and hung up

Call 10pm Friday and 4 pm Sat. No talking. Just hangup
