I answered a call on my landline from 001164238772493. A female with an accent claimed to be from the NBN & was offering a free upgrade of internet speed. She asked what my internet speed was so I clicked on Properties of the provider in the Network & Internet settings. When I told her what it said she asked where I found it & I told her. She then said that I needed to type in address, that she would provide, to my browser so that I would get the right information. I took my time throughout the process & just before I was about to tell her that I didn't believe she was from the NBN she ended the call. I have had 4 missed calls from 0011 numbers last month (December 2024) on my landline. These are definately SCAMMERS!!!
