Pause before Indian caller talked about energy rates being reduced, & I kept listening because I knew my electricity plan was due for review, so at first I thought it was a legit call. Then she asked how much my last bill was, & I said I couldn't say off the top of my head - and she immediately hung up! Scam, and rude as well!
