Just received online message to contact my service provider on 1800 993 948 as there is a security breach on my computer. My service providers numbers do not look anything like this number. I will not be calling this number.

The person on this number claims to be representing Microsoft. I contacted Microsoft who confirmed he appears to be a SCAMMER. He asked me for my number so he may arrange a call back. Microsoft told me they would never behave this way and the only number for Microsoft Australia is 132058

I just troll them bout 20 times a day now and make up bullsh*t excuses for them to "try" and help me....indian pricks!

I had the same thing happen to me. I rang and when he told me i had to pay i said your just a scammer, what is to say that you put a virus on my computer and access all my information. If you really were as concerned as you say, and worked for microsoft you would be doing this for nothing as microsoft would have endorsed you. Any problems let me know peoples as this is just a joke.

I had a massage on my Mac Book to call on 1800 993 948 as my photos are stolen.
Lovely lady from customer support told me to pay her $99 and she will fix it.

I called the guy and he said he'd fix my viruses. To be honest I think I got more. I can't even call back and complain because the d*ck head is on a private number.

i had this same pop up while using Google chrome and he tried to get me to pay for a technician to fix my pc and install antivirus programs and asked for US dollars which I thought was strange. Anyway pretty damn sure it's a scam

How do I stop this message promoting 1800 993 948 from talking at me and not deleting
