Caller: I phoned Canon for technical support and they transferred me or gave me the number of intuit claro business services - I can't remember now if it was a phone transfer or they gave me the number, but I had had nothing to do with Intuit Claro Business Services until the evening of 10th November 2019. when I phoned Canon in Sydney. When I spoke with the staff at Intuitclaro Business Services, I was suspicious. I asked if they were in Australia, they said they were in Blacktown in Sydney and Canon had outsourced their technical support to them. I was suspicious. They charged me $599.99 US dollars and I was stupid enough to pay it. Why would they be charging in US dollars if they are in Blacktown. Anyway my printer still doesn't work properly.

Hi guys Have just found this site with all your comments. We my wife and I have had the same experience being told we had a virus that emanated via our HP printer which led us to call the helpline. We also spoke to Patrick who intern put us onto James and Shardul. During the next 8to10 hours they took over the computer and supposedly cleared the so called virus and installed an antivirus. It appears our bank statement show’s two lots of payment, one for $467.50USD and one for $599.99USD. Reading all your comments we are now concerned to the point of cancelling our credit card and informing our bank for them to investigate. They have even created and downloaded a My Norton Downloader Icon onto my computer. So needless to say we are not sure if we are being monitored or not.

Caller: Patrick Wilson, Intuit Bus California Went online to download Hp Drivers for my new printer. Ended up on website and rung helpline number 1800 954 305. They attempted to get drivers and told me my computer was riddled with viruses. They showed me a page with Trojan, malware etc. Then told me they could fix it for a price. They needed my visa card details and took over my computer for the next 8 hours. Like previous person above it was very creepy. I dont know what officials I could report this to.

Caller: 1800 954 305 This number is controlled by obvious scammers. They claimed to be from Microsoft and request personal information such as your debit card details and say they have 'installment options' available for Microsoft office upgrade installation and 'anti virus' programs available at the price of $200 or more. They couldn't be anymore obvious ! They are the virus. It was a creepy experience though as they full on took over my computer!!! Sure was fun though when I prank called them back and said what I did (I won't say but it's sure something this moron will remember). Too funny, report these parasites. It's no surprise, what more can you expect from a third world country. So so sad....
