just unplug computer and take out battery , it shouldnt harm your comp or personal detailsof photos which they claim they have

Don't worry about ignoring their call - Indian scammers likely.

like the others pop up to warn me my pc was infected and if I ignored it my pc would be
blocked. did so and nothing seems to have happened yet

Caught me at a bad time and said a malware has got onto my computer and my bank details, facebook account, photos were being scanned by hackers. Told me he was from microsoft and the problem can be fixed and it will cost $200. The recorded voice on my computer said call this number and dont close computer or you will lose everything. How did they freeze my screen.
