I sent a cheque for 6 months supply including postage, they sent me a letter requesting a further payment of $4.95 supposedly for postage even though original order included postage. I sent them a letter informing them that I wanted a refund that was weeks ago still haven’t heard rom em or received my refund. Obviously I have been scammed hope no one else falls this. My next move is to contact the authorities but don’t hold much hope of seeing my money returned everyone else beware of these scammers.

I rang them to order some tablets and spoke to someone in England. I suspected that it may be a scam, but it promised so much in the brochure, I thought I would try it, and if it didn't work I wouldn't buy any more. She said if I buy 8 months worth it would be at a special price. She took my details, and then asked me if I would like to buy some special vitamin tablets as well. I asked her why I would need to buy special vitamin tablets when the other ones promised to totally rejuvenate 37.2 trillion cells. She didn't really have an answer for that, so that's when I realised for sure that it was a scam. She hadn't yet taken my credit card details, so I cancelled the order. Don't get sucked in like I nearly did.

Big time scammers. Received a brochure in the mail today, never heard of them before and never agreed to any correspondence at all. Called the number 1800 940 711 and got some bloke in the UK (I live in Western Australia) to take my name off their postage list. Even he said I may still get more mail from them but to just chuck it in the bin, still clogs up my mail box with rubbish though.

For Probiotics advanced weight loss product, the brochure said they accepted a cheque by mail so I sent a cheque for $217.95 in Jan 2020. The pills arrived but the cheque was never presented. Luckily for me, as the pills have not worked very well at all. So I assume it is a scam - it would be interesting to know just what the weight loss capsules contain. After this experience I received another 'must have' brochure for pills to stop memory loss but after the weight loss pills performance I wonder if they, too, contain anything that actually works as they advise to wait 3 months to see if they work.

I received a magazine and other paraphernalia in the post and I ordered two bottles of Pre Biotics Advanced. They promised just take one capsule each day and the most stubborn weight will come off. Guess what, I actually put weight on. Clearly a scam. Although I thought it must be a scam in the first place, I thought I would risk it because they offered a 90 day, risk free, 100% satisfaction guarantee. I rang 1800 940 711 and spoke to a helpful male whose name I now can't recall and he promised a refund of my $126.95 and told me to call him back in a week if the refund did not occur. Two days later I checked and found my refund. AMAZING, didn't think it would be so simple. But I will not be back for any of their other products. I keep receiving their junk mail and I have just located a small box to tick if I do not wish to receive any future communications from Pure Select Home Shopping. I ticked the box and returned it in their self addressed envelope to Pure Select Home Shopping at PO Box 135, Welshpool, WA 6016. I now hope they remove my particulars from their data base.

I received Pre biotics then phoned to ask if we could give to 10year old, one said 16 and over ,another said 18 and over, but then said it was a natural product so should be OK.I asked them to ring inventor Dr Gibbs and they said they did not know how. No website so must be a scam. Bye Bye $230.

Hello, Just trying to cancel all paper brochures to the address of 56 Sirius Circuit Narellan NSW 2567 as the occupants no longer live there and your mail is annoying the new owners. Regards Lyn (daughter)

I ordered PreBiotics advanced 2 bottles for losing up to 30 pounds of weight they say by taking just 1 prebiotocs advanced capsule every morning that you won't have to wait long to see the pounds drop off, even the most stubborn fat will come off. Well guess what no weight at all came off. It is wrong that they prey on vulnerable people concerned about their weight I think the company should refund my money. I'd love to see them get back to me and refund my $126.95.

Caller: Mailed brochure direct to me. This at first glance sounds marvellous, a 'cure all' but, where is it from, who makes it, can it be used with other meds...so many questions unanswered - definitely not buying!
