supposed to be from microsoft to assist in getting rid of viruses trojans and lovely little hackers but yu let them in and you need help badly soon there telling you whats wrong with the computer. But there asking for cash also i kept telling them i have no money no money after a while they leave from on line chat and your still stuck with a stuffed computer that wont let you into your Hotmail account cause its been hacked. Is it really worth owning a computer these days when people play games with your life and you have to live partly on the street with no proper life style or home to live in part there of the time and these nasty people try to steal money off you GRUBS THEY ARE.
