Received the same message... luckily I go to check with apple, this is a scam...

Blocked our internet service and asked to ring this number to reinstate internet access. Claimed all our details were being stolen.

Just Close the file down and reloaded the computer and the scam message disappeared and my files were unlocked. Don't ring this number
