this number as billed my phone service $16.35 for nothing! this is crazy that they can just charge it to our mobile account and the phone companies let them!

this about the 4th time i have received a text from this mob saying I could not be charged as there was insufficient funds .one time OPTUS advised me I was running low on credits and only a week earlier topped up my credit .

This SCAM is still occurring - why havent OPTUS put a stop to it - they are almost not going to refund the charges as they say it is up to the third-party (the scammer) to agree to the refund - will take this up with the Ombudsman for Telecommunications!

Received a phone bill with 2 calls at $5.99 each. No calls sent or received from my phone. This is theft. Had I not looked at my bill I wouldn't even know I was charged.

I had missed calls from this number as well, believing it was from my printer, I tried to ring back but there was no answer.
I tried ringing several times and still no one answers. Now that I saw the statement, I realised that every call that I made to this number was charged $5.99

I have tried to send STOP messages to this number...to no avail. I sent a msge today advising them that I have never requested them or used their service and if they charge me anything on my mobile accountthen I will take this further.

I to had 2 messages from iGirls. Contacted Optus and they told me they couldn't do anything from their end. I have to call the number direct to cancel. Optus said they couldn't refund me. I'm not happy as I didn't subscribe to them in the first place.

iGirls and Walla. Will SMS your number without permission and bill you $5.45 when you look at the text. Contact Optus Live Chat and they will (apparently) organise to block the service and a refund of your money from the 3rd Party. I was charged $27.25 one month and $32.70 the next. I would guess by the way Optus dealt with my complaint, they are dealing with thousands.....

Beware, I found a 45 dollar charge on my Optus account, I never given permission to subscribe to this thief. They steal your money without you knowing. Scammers

be aware these mongrels charge you on your mobile bill when you haven't subscribed to or clicked on anything, then you have to ring them up to get it taken off.

This appears to be a spam fraud or otherwise criminal enterprise. Do not respond to it.
