Caller: No phone call just started debiting my credit card. My credit card keeps being debited $66.00 by called COMPUTER*Tech Help CA with this number 1800 727 139 and I have never used a company by this name. Talking to my bank to have 4 months of debits reversed.

I thought I was talking to a software help centre, They asked me to pay $2 fee which I did, but then I saw a $66 pm charge applies. I cancelled my membership. I want to ensure this does not occur monthly. I cannot contact them.

Caller: No one I agree to charged me for 2$ for chatting with their AI customer service . However when I checked my bank transaction they take 68$. And they don't even send me an invoice, my bank provider can't help me my dispute because I can't provide invoice. Don't ever trust this Askadoctor.help. they are legit scammers

Used this 'Ask a Doctor' service once but a monthly charge is applied to my credit card monthly thereafter. Seemed legit at the time speaking to a doctor, but the ongoing monthly charge is a scam with no way to cancel it.

This is a rather predatory website the exorbitant monthly fee of $66 is really steep. for those on a fixed income And to agree with Tony Cox quick to take the money, when we could not connect with the Doctor charged for nothing

Caller: 1800 727 139 They didn't actually call they just took out $53.00 dollars from my account, unauthorised. They are scammers. You can not contact them via email unless you pay $2.00 to get connected to an expert who they claim can certainly help you. Vicious circle, taking peoples money with out authority

Caller: No call received Deduction of $2.06 on 2 October and then $67.98 on 5 October. Claims to be Justanswer.com and the phone number 1800 727 139 where the seller location would appear on the Mastercard statement. I haven't spoken to anyone. Common question for this number - where did they get my credit card details from?

I've been conned out of the $66 as well by Tech-geek. I can't find out how to cancel the charges that will no doubt be following so have had to cancel my credit card to avoid further charges. What a con but I've learnt a good lesson!
