total scam. checked my paypal account. No charges, no issues. If anything did appear I'd contact paypal directly.

Received a Text from the Mobile number Claiming to be PayPal.... and saying a payment in Euros €600 been payed from my account..... and saying to phone the 1800 number....This is a scam!!!! DO NOT REPLY

Apparently, I just paid 600 Euros to Info System using Paypal. Amazing, I don't use Paypal and have never heard of that company. Tempted to call them just to waste their idiotic time.

I just received a txt claiming to be PAYPAL that I have sent 500.00 Euro to Int'l Info System Limited and to call their Helpline:+61 18000491580 if it wasn't me. When I checked my Paypal Account, there was nothing there. Yep, a scam.

Apparently I spent €500 on some info system, ring 1800 491 580 for support. Purports to come from PayPal, used mobile number 0424 895 137

Received an SMS from 0422 756 607 saying:
"Paypal: You have sent €500.00 EUR to Int'l info system Limited on 2021-05-27. If this payment Not done by You. Contact Us: 1800 491 580 Thank you."

I received a text saying I had sent, via Paypal, 500 EUR to Int'l info system limited and wanting me to call 1800 491 580.

I have read the other messages and I have a similar story. This is definitely a scam. DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER. REPORT THEM TO THE ACCC.

I've received a message appeared to be PayPal saying I've paid out $500 to some company, for any dispute contact 1800 491 580. I called and an Indian accent picked up the call - immediately, no menu to drill down. The he asked my PayPal email address, I gave him but started to be suspicious then I quickly searched this number online. Bloody scammer I swiftly changed my PayPal and email passwords.

another chancer saying I had paid $500 on paypal. Called back and the first question he asked was my email so i proceeded to spell out S C A M C U N T @hotmail.com and he then went off on a barrage of abuse at me. Gotta admit, it was fun winding him up.

Received message from 0401 729 005 saying it call number because I sent $500 via PayPal to Int’l info systems Limited. Definitely scam

Now a fake Paypal scam claiming I had spent $500

Got a similar messages from the same number.

Received a message asking to contact them if I didn't authorise a transfer of $500 to PayPal. I don't even have a PayPal account. Clear Scam.

Definitely a scammer. Apparently I have enough money to send someone $500 by PayPal and I should call this number. My account has $3

I don't know who this is and I haven't sent $500 to them.

Googled number to check as I had paid via PayPal yesterday but not for this amount. Call is a scam. Don’t click hyperlink.
