Previous comment shut down before completing it. Last mentioned that Whirpool.net.au has one message re microsoft virus spam, another message saying it is an Optus number, another provides a link to an Optus website, another one states that the 1-800 is for USA (which I had already decided myself as I had observed any USA websites displaying their 1800 number in that way)

The same thing happened to me.. I rang them and told me this is a genuine service and what not.. They even gave me a code to download one of their files so that they can access to my computer.. My computer! come on.. wtf.. why the f*ck would i give an unknown indian f*ck access to my computer so i just googled the number and found the reviews and told f*ck off and hung up. Do the same.. or better.. lets all call this number (if its really toll free) and waste their time..
