These scammers send unsolicited text messages to demand urgent payment for a reputable business you may have dealt with previously. The message does not identify the sender and provide no details.

How can your company say that you can't refund my money into my new bank account when you guys keep sending it to my old bank account that has closed and you keep saying the bank has it when my account is closed well the bank has no record of it i've been ringing you since January this year gave you my new bsb & account number and still no refund. Very disappointed in your customer service. Now i am forced to get lawyers to write a letter of demand. If people pay for something they don't get delivered they are supposed to get a refund right? Not happy with your company AND t.v. shop direct
