13 33 31 is the legitimate number for Linkt toll "provider". It doesn't mean any SMSes etc from the number aren't scams as they can be spoofed but the number is legitimate.

I got the text message saying toll (for today's date) was unpaid. I don't even have any cars registered to me.

Text message from 'CGSMS' inviting me to call back. Googled CGSMS, didn't find anything (suspect in itself). Reverseaustralia.com/lookup - straight to this site. Deleted message and did not call the number as anything like this is probably a scam. Unless someone has better information?
