I have a Panasonic phone system at my shop, I called your team last year and spoke with Julian around march 2015 and i requested to have the access details for the phone system and he refused to give me the details.
This time again i had some issue with the phone system regarding day light saving and i called him again he is refusing to give me the access details for the phone system.

This phone system is fully paid and he densest own it so therefore he has no right to refuse giving out the login details.

I've talked to Gabi and she is very helpful, she mentioned that she was going to talk to him so he can provide us the access details. But Julian is still insisting not provide the access details unless he comes onsite and show us how to do it and he will charge us.
I am not requesting to educate us and teach us how system works as i don't have time for that but i just want the login details for our records and we will be calling for you any support but i don't want to deal with Julian anymore.
