Payment taken by Qantas. Flights booked. Looks shonky to me. Clue is Qantas is Qantas, not Australian airlines. They had passenger details and the booking number. Creepy

This is a scam as I paid for my trip with points and have received an email from the real Qantas to check in on line.

Received email supposedly from Qantas to call this number within 24 hours as they’re having difficulties with payment details for a booking. This has already been paid for. Looks legitimate - they have correct booking number, phone number and name - but seems dodgy.

Got email requesting payment for seat - already done. On hold 2 hours. Dodgey Qantas song music. that same happens to Joyce

Received email from Qantas. They are asking for details of a new credit card as they claim the are having difficulty processing credit card for payment for a flight in 7 days time. This flight was paid for in April (now November) and the money has come out ov my bank then. This is the phone number that I am supposed to call to provide new card number. They have the correct names and flight ref number.
