what did you do tans? was it just a scam??

i received a letter advising me to contact to the given number. the contacting party claims to be 'baycorp collections department'

Caller: baycorp

turned out to be legitimate, but were absolutely shocking with customer/ non customer service skills.
threatened with legal action and i wasn't even the person they were looking for? most unprofessional. seriously uncooperative with any form of enquiry.
have never and will never deal with them.

Left a message with a reference number for me to call the number and ask for "Kristen"?

Got called by Baycorp about a credit card I forgot about. Very helpful thanks

I keep being left ph messages. I ph back and all they want is further personal details, without which they won't tell what it's about. I'm pretty careful financially ... i suspect a scam.
