I also recommend people to keep away from Blindfast. They are very slow to respond. They did a botchy job of siliconing around my shutters and did not smooth it out as it should have been. This has spoilt the look of my shutters. I will now take legal action to have this fixed.

I paid a deposit and never got my blinds. It's been 3 months and I have now given up. Guy on the phone is rude and hangs up. Very disappointed...

This company installed over $6000 worth of blinds in my home and did not put the splice along the bottom and hence now the blinds are all warped. they will not replace them as they cannot be bothered, even though the material supplier has replaced the material out of good will. They should not be selling blinds and they should honor their 5 year warranty,.I am going to review against them on every site I can, so others will keep away from them
