Waste of time and money for tradies, very hard to cancel direct debit from credit card payments. Apparently there's only one employee who does the cancellation and he's in the sales department. What a f##### joke

called hi pages to close my account due to dissatisfied with the services they offered for my business. All they did was hang up on me and blocked my number. They didn't want to hear it. i say hi pages is a complete scam. especially when they send you a fake leads. i hope that go broke for being completely stupid.

Don't expect real help if your tradie screws you. You can't even leave negative feedback on the hipages website. Apart from being able to leave genuine feedback (ie - negative as well as positive), something that would be really useful for consumers would be tradie protection for those situations where it doesn't go well. For example, in my case, it appears wiring or meter is causing an issue with solar exports. Two dates for the original electrician to appear have resulted in no-shows. An independant tradie to investigate would be great for consumer protection and to ensure the original tradie doesn't try to 'cover up' his mistake(s)..
