a woman with name of Neha called me today and asked for my full name, dob to start a conversation, i asked her whats the purpose of your call she said we need to upto date your details, i said my details are all upto date in the account and then ended. later i got a message asking me to call at this number 1300 748 176, looks a scam to me but this number is on NAB website as well but I'm unable to understand why is NAB calling customers to confirm the details !!!

This number is not a scam, its clearly listed on the NAB website. If you unsure, call NAB general number to confirm

The number 1300 748 176 is listed as NAB Due Diligence ID verification number on their website. Seen on 2/Feb/2020. I haven't rung it yet (closed atm)

Spoke to Shaun , would not give any details. Surely a scam.
