Received a text with instructions to call the above 1300 number

Chasing up toll payments

Caller: No call but received SMS

Received sms to call 1300 729 959 about overdue Linkt toll invoice. Checked my Linkt account, entered the invoice number in the sms and said no such invoice and no outstanding invoices. Scam

Do not answer block the number Debt collection company for toll road company for unpaid tolls that aren’t even mine

Caller: national credit control company

asking for a cameron and im female so obviously previous owner of my phone number, if you have time call them and they will take you off the list, never answer yes or no,,,, use the words" correct or ""not at all" etc...they wouldnt tell me why the phonecall obviously but as im guessing its for toll payments as others have said..

Caller: Debt collector

Received a text message from 0406 852 905 to call the above number and quote the reference number in the text. Called the number and got a voice mail "Thankyou for calling National credit. You have called outside office hours. Please call back later"

I have a linkt acct and funnily enough the text message is reffering to my brothers name who has no affiliation with my account, mobile number, its my maiden name and we live at different addresses. My 2nd message reads

Hi (full name)
Our Client Linkt has approved a discounted settlement of $37.03 for your overdue toll notice/s with a balance $47.60. To take advantage, call our office on 1300 729 959 and quote reference #(gave reference).

Scam to say the least

Received sms to call 1300 729 959 about an important matter need to discuss about tolls, call with reference number .Checked my Linkt account,, entered the invoice number in the sms and said no such invoice . When I Google the number there’s an asset and finance company With the same number listed in their contact section on the website. Also Linkt don’t use mobile numbers to text you.. Scam

SCAM - I received a text with my husband full name on it and it said it was Queensland motorways management Pty Ltd. Or call NCML I knew we hadn’t been anywhere near toll roads in a long time and everything was paid up. So I looked up and we definitely do not owe anything. So many dishonest people now. You just can’t trust any text or emails.

Instructing us to call 1300 729 959 and settle overdue Toll Invoice...no outstanding bills...

Message that Tharraa Mohammad owes monies to CITYLINKTOLL VIC

Havn't been to Vic in 30+years.

And I'm not Tharaa Mohamad either. DELETED
