You must have Vital Call as two numbers that appear on your phone bill are (02) 1345 1856. This is from VITACALL, when they do a silent weekly phone check on your vitacall base to ensure it’s working ok. You may also see a monthly charge to 1300 722 158 if you press your buttom

You may see on your Telstra phone bill a charge from the following phone number (02) 1345 1856. This is from VITACALL, they do a silent weekly phone check on your vitacall base to ensure it’s working ok. You may also see a monthly charge to 1300 722 158 if you are checking in on a monthly basis to make sure everything is working.

why does this number appear on my telephone bill? And in two successive months. I do not like being deliberately cheated and will chase this all the way because I have not used this number ever.
