Australian Receivables Ltd - SCAMMERS - don't give them your personal info no matter how much they ask for it. Mostly send SMS or emails. Note it down in your diary that they contacted you if you need to, then delete the messages.

Caller: ARL???

Same story.
Ask for my full name, DOB and full address, told her I was not giving her that info and asked what was this about. She wouldn't tell me as it's confidential but was ringing on behalf of the SA Housing Trust.
I've never had a Housing Trust house.
I called the SA Housing Trust and they have no record of me whatsoever, which of course they wouldn't have.
I get a call about twice a week and ignore them all.
This is a major scam...ignore them!

Text message told me to call ARL re a debt. I don't have any debts. Scam

Left a message with a reference number for me to quote. called them back and said they were Hello Fresh and I had an outstanding account from over a year ago. I asked they send an email with an invoice. Never received anything. They called again 4 weeks later. I didn't answer.

Caller: Robin

Spoke with a lady by the name of Robin. I advise that I'd received a text message in relation to an urgent business matter and referenceDN*****.

Robin requested my full name, date of birth and address. I told her I was not comfortable with providing that information however will only provide my first name.

She continued to advise that she could not review the file or take any action as the requested information was not given.I asked where their office is situated in which she replied to that she is situated in the regional Victoria area however their main headquarters is in Brisbane. I asked if she could please provide the address as I live in Brisbane. She could not provide this information and therefore I confirmed she was a complete SCAM!!How do you not know where your main headquarters are?!

Do not waste your time!!

Caller: Debt Collection Agency

Very dodgy - not only do I not have any debts, but as they quoted the "reference number" for me to quote when I returned their call.. they "accidentally cut themselves off" - OOPS. Such a dodgy scam >:(

They reckon they are receievables, a debt collection agency. I dont have any debts so I call BS on this company.
