Complete scam.
Attempt to charge you inflated price to renew your Business Name registration with ASIC.
The thing is you can renew your Business Name registration directly with ASIC for a fraction of the cost. ASIC charge $36/year, these clowns want $99/year as a middleman just to pass on your payment to ASIC.

These scammers can fly just within the law and continue to operate because of the disclaimers on their website and on the letters they send.
But busy people can easily miss those disclaimers and get ripped off by these scumbags.

Totally a scam, received a letter to renew my business name. Called them today, a non english speaking lady answered the phone "Hello" and told me will send me an email with the details to renew it for a year or 3 years. $99 or $199. She then asked for my email address, I asked her why did she need it as they should have it already. She said there were many names the same as mine. Total Scam. Letter is now in the bin.

I just got the trap by this scammer. They sent letter to my mail box and I was too busy to read through. Just followed and I paid $199 renewal for three years and waited. Until yesterday I received another letter from another scammer called Registry then only made me suspect. I wrote to them asking for the proof of renewal and get no reply. I called this number and it directly asked me to email. Then I check online and found here. I know my $199 is gone.

Received text message saying our business email rejected and to contact support @ bservice.com.au - SCAM

Still sending scam business name renewal letters via a mail forwarding company Aussie Mailman in Kellyville NSW. The website has changed to www.bservice.com.au.

Dear XXX, your email address bounced. It is important, please send email to support @ bservice.com.au Thx.

I've got fake letter that mentioned I have to renew my business registration but my business is already registered and has not expiry date yet. They mentioned that no 1300 651 752 on that letter.

recieved a letter which gave me an impression that i must pay or have my business name cancelled, so i paid it not realising then after i researched them the next day i asked for a refund of which they declined.

i shall be informing asic and making a complaint as there was no payment forwarded to asic as of yet and so they are not out of pocket.

dont pay them anything its cheaper to do it yourself $88 / 3 years

Absolute scam my Wife paid the fee, have to write it off to experience

I had a renewal letter today looked the part ..but my Business name is not up for renewal yet ....TOTAL SCAM BE AWARE letter should come from ASIC

This, is business renew through ASIC, that they are saying,
they are totally fraud and doing scam. Please never trust to them.

Although the ABN on the letter is ASIC registered, this is a total scam.
They prey on busy people not to recognise that this is a scam.

Letter for Renew your Business Name. Looked authentic. Wanted $199. Total scam. Finally got letter from ASIC. Total cost $82.Phoned no on letter. Went straight to the Phillipines. Beware if you’re a busy person and pay. Wait for a letter from ACIC.
