Just received a message from 'card services' asking me to call 1300 650 986, saying their hours were 7am-7pm Sydney time. Strong Filipino accent so had to listen a couple of times. Googled the number, got this site. Thanks everyone for posting and saving me from returning the call!

This is Macquarie Bank Card Services and is a legitimate number.

Call from Unknown number - left a message requesting a call back from me - stated they are from Card Services
I do have a Jetstar account however when I logged in there were no notifications or payments due
Sounds dodgy to me - will not be returning the call!

Got a call 2 weeks ago from this number from 'Card Services' but wouldn't say what bank. Just today got a call, this time a private number and saying they were from Jetstar Card Services.

Caller: Woolworths money

Called from a private number. Claim to be from woolworths money and want to verify me with my address before telling me what's the purpose of the call. She gave me this number to call back. Sounds suspicious

Text from this number claiming to be from Woolworths money and that there was an outstanding balance on the card. Called Woolworths money and they said they hadn’t made contact and that I should ignore / delete the message.

Like others have said in here , I have received a couple of calls from this ‘unknown’ number and messages left from people with very hard to understand accents (speaking incredibly fast too). I don’t answer any ‘unknown’ calls ever. If it is legitimate then they can call back with a listed number and with someone who can speak clear understandable English .

I got a call just now but I don't have a Macquarie Bank Card

Same story in July 2022. I won't be returning their call either!

Received an unknown caller id today at approx 2.30pm today. Message was very hard to understand. Used my first and last name, and requested I call this number 1300 650 986. I do have a Jetstar CC and I know Macquarie are taking over the customers as the Jetstar CC is being discontinued. Could this be related? They can keep chasing me!!!

Received a call from this number last week. Then received the same person (overseas filipino accent) from a PRIVATE number asking to call about Card Services and the hours of operation. Sounds dodgy as!

Cal came from anon number and left voicemail, said to call back 1300 650 986 who are card services, check my Woolies Visa and sure enough I'd missed a payment, this number is genuine.

Had a few missed calls. They left voice messages. It’s Macquarie group who now run Woolworths money card. Just ringing to say overdue on credit card.

Someone rang from this number listened multiple times couldn't understand where they were calling from or why. Could only make out the number 1300 650 986

They keep calling with no caller I D which I don’t answer on principle.
Message strong accent, claiming to be “Card services”
Definitely a scam.

Got a call from a private number which I missed. They left a voice message stating they were from Macquarie and gave me this number to call back and ask for Marjorie. When I rang I got the welcome to Macquarie voice and then music. I didn't wait for an answer, I hung up and googled this site.

Calling daily at the moment from a private no, with a message (with my full name) to call back 1300 650 986 and making it seem urgent.. Checked and Macquarie don't use this number....
