I just got this message, too. It's gotta be spam - who is professionally known as '7018'? Or for that matter, doesn't tell you who they are in the message?

This is surely a scam. I've received it twice now and won't call it. I don't have any bills outstanding with anyone!!!! Comes from an SMS titled 7018.

Just got the same text as JS & Brian at 7.30 am. A google search of the 1300 number seems to indicate it is from Vodaphone BUT it was also Vodaphone who billed my 85 year old father $120 for accessing porn via text on his "emergency" mobile phone when he didn't even know how to open a text much less send one!!

I received the exact same message with no indication of who it is. The sender's number was "7018" (just four digits). I believe this is also a scam, as I have no outstanding bills. I will not call this number.

This phone number is on an SMS phishing for details. It claims, "Your account remains overdue. To avoid pending recovery action please call 1300 650 405 to arrange payment of your account". The mobile it was sent to was a child's emergency backup phone and the number has NEVER been used or distributed to anyone so the claim is false and appears to be a scam of some sort.
