It's the Suncorp network not-at-fault third party team. They'll call you to book repairs if you weren't at fault in an accident with one of their customers. Not a scam!!!

I was not at fault in a car accident, and they were calling to arrange repairs for my vehicle. Very helpful, not a scam.

Legit call from Suncorp group. Call them back and remembered one of their insured cause impact to my car. They called to organized repairs since you are not at fault party

Legitimate business number. Verified here before calling. Dealt with a validated operator with a genuine insurance claim scenario. I was a NOT at fault driver. The at fault driver was insured by this company. They were verifying my details and offering repairs and car hire if my insurance had not already started the process.

So weird lady said she was from american express for David Jones for a recent request ????

I was in the same situation. I rang 131155, the official number on Suncorp website, and asked them if 1300 368 399 is their number, and the guy confirmed that number is used by their team dealing with the not-at-fault drivers whose vehicles were hit by their customers. Then I rang that number for them to have my car repaired at one of their approved repairers. It's not a scam.

Got a call a few weeks back, they booked my car for repairs and it is now back home all fixed. Clearly the person that left this comment is a simple minded idiot.

Dealt with these guys, they did a great job. Clearly the person that wrote this is a moron

Legitimate call from the REPAIR MANAGEMENT TEAM for the Suncorp group, the manage not at fault third party repairs. Not a scam

I don't know who you are, but either you are involved with these scammers or you have your head inn the sand. A phone call from a Melbourne number then a request to ring 1300 368 399 to discuss recent motor vehicle incident is NOT the way AAMI work. Also they do not have the correct info on the incident and will be asking YOU questions as they don't have all the info. Tell them NOTHING! And wait till you get your phone bill on the 1300 number!! Don't answer the calls people. It is nothing but a SCAM plain and simple.

If you are not at fault and have been involved with incident caused by anyone insured with Suncorp Group they will call you from this number to arrange repairs to your car. Not a scam

Got a letter from AAMI with this number (possible scam). Somehow they knew my registration number and that I was recently involved in an accident. :/
