Ambulance Victoria... this is legit 👍

Same here. I'm in WA. Never been to Victoria. Never belonged to any ambulance group or insurance.

On 18-Jan-2023 I received an SMS from 'Ambulance'. The text reads "Your Ambulance Victoria membership has lapsed. Go to http://go.vic.gov.au/hKUGt9 (which looks like their actual official website, but the phone number is 1800 64 84 84) or call 1300 366 141 to renew today. Please ignore if you have paid recently" I reside in WA & have never lived in Victoria.

Got an SMS from "Ambulance" that my membership had expired. Looking very suspect. Will call them tomorrow to confirm.

just received the same message and i live in sa and covered by private health (which is my ambo cover) so confused!

Just received this SMS from Ambulance Victoria. Membership has lapsed.No longer covered.
I live in NSW and have never heard of them.

recieved sms saying ambulance cover in Vic is expired. I live in WA and have never had Vic ambulance cover.

Live in NSW and am covered for ambulance by health fund - have had this message a couple of times over the years. Strange!

Well its November 2012 and I live South of Brisbane - and I just received this message too. Always suspicious, I checked number on internet first as of course never had cover and found this site.

Same here SMS recieved out of the blue. I live in ACT and have no cover in my name.

I received a Text Msg from 'Ambulance' that said my Membership has lapsed and I'm no longer covered for ambulance costs and to ring 1300 366 141 to rejoin. I looked the number up and found out it belonged to Victoria Ambulance. I live in QLD!! What the heck???
