This lion comany is sh*t they dnt knw how to treat peoples

They rang my almost 83 year old mother, fishing for information, but would not leave their company name. Said that it 'BREACHED PRIVACY' to leave their company name!!! Have you heard of that one before? They want the person on the other end of the phone line to give them information, but won't even give out their company name!!! This is not a communist country - you can't treat people like that.

I belong to a sporting club - and they rang wanting information regarding one of our players....privacy -We are Not for Profit club .... we also abide by the privacy of our players and do not give out personal information.

I am on a don't call register I find this so insulting expecting me to give out information about my neighbours!! Are you kidding, why don't they do what they are paid for & speak to said neighbours themselves, they had the address, I am reporting them

These people are A-holes.... They are ringing anyone with the same surname as the people they are after.... And then refusing to give the name of the company when I asked them. Stolen identity is serious but lying about things and refusing to give there name and reason on call is NOT part of the privacy act at all... It is their lies.... So Lion Fiance at 1300 366 086 are a#@holes in the extreme... I keep telling them that and they keep ringing...

No laws broken when calling next door neighbours or relatives as a matter of fact debt collectors can call anyone within particular time frames and if the person they speak with gives them permission to call back then they can.
People who don't pay there debt are costing the people who do thousands of dollars more then they should in interest and fees.
Pay your debt then no one will be calling your neighbours, relo's or employer!

I got a msg from my company's call sentre that they want me to call them back. I dont wven know this chris guy.

These idiots breach the privacy act - how dare they call every person in the street and leave messages with them - surly this is not right - if more complained - more would be done about it - I am personally going to report this to ACCC - how dare they......
