What a ripe off scam you people run , my son rang home from the station 5km away from a Telstra booth, to let us know he left his mobile home ,by using your 1800 reverse you charged me $14.99 for a total of 39 seconds. I will complaining to fair trading consumer affairs.

1800 Reverse advertised on 14 Aug 2017, the cost to accept calls to mobile as $5,00 with FREE call ending after 5 min and then $5.00 per min.

I accepted 3 calls being 4 min in total and was billed $45 before Optus stopped money being deducted from my account each time the phone was recharged.

After multiple complaints to Optus and then then the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (T.I.O.) I was refunded $30 by Optus.

Disputing the matter with 1800 Reverse Customer Support was a complete waste of time.

Honestly reversing a call is so expensive, and you people advertise as thou its free well $30 or more later, you guys should be done for false advertising....

My pop got charged $15.99 for a call i made to my nan .for a total of 0.08 second s what a joke .😠😬😬😡

On the 15th June i had a reverse charge call from a kid called James Hrolyck,I did not answer the call as i knew it was a prank but i have been charged $5.25 i would like my money back,to be charged for a call i didnt even take is a joke my phone number is (02) 6723 3079 i want this resolved as i will take it further if it is not asap
