Keep getting notes in my personal letterbox, addressed to a company, with my personal address and asking me to phone 1300 241 743 "as a matter of urgency". After the second note I phoned the number and got "Collection House". They have no record of the file number quoted on the note so said they cannot do anything to stop the notes coming.

Text message says I owe money doesn’t say what for doesn’t say who message is from just “contact us immediately to discuss a discount,” if I pay “NOW!”
