I have called optus on the real number and this is not their it is a false bill. I LET OPTUS KNOW THAT THIS IS HAPPENS ON EMAILS TO THEIR CLIENT AND MAYBE THEY SHOULD POST SOMETHING OR EMAIL KNOW IT FALSE ACCOUNT.

As Marika noted I usually get my bills by Optus to email, but got one bil that was very strange and showed I previous payments from last year that werent even the amounts I pay. AWas marked overdue and to call 1300 135 061 to prevent account suspension.

Received an email on 18 June 2016 from Optus - a bill with incorrect information on it and charges. Also charges don't make sense? Give 1300 135 061 number to call and pay now? though says that can pay by 30 June 2016? Also never receive bills on email?
