they called me and asked who lived next door to me i did not disclose that information and now am filling a harassment report as they have called me again after asking them not to call back

Someone called Tom Sullivan left this number and a reference number on my answering machine for someone I have ocassionally worked with. I don't have a silent number, but how they knew I worked with this lady is beyond me. Surely that's not legal?
