I also did not receive the item I ordered. I ordered a chair for my son, who is a bit overweight. I double checked the size limit on the chair which was 150kgs. When the chair arrived I put it away until Christmas day. Our son was really happy with his chair but when he went to sit on it the chair collapsed. To say he was disappointed is an understatement. I then got in touch with OO I was told that I had ordered the wrong chair. Why would I order a chair that I knew wouldn't suit my son? This chair was one of the 24 hour specials with free posting. I was offered nothing from them and I have been a customer with them for quite a while. It leaves a nasty taste in your mouth. Not too much customer service I must say.

My experience with this business oo.com.au on the Internet has not been very satisfactory. I ordered an item from them. When they acknowledged the order and gave me more details of what they would ship I immediately replied stating that the item was not what I believed I had ordered. Instead of stopping further progress of the order until the matter was sorted out, they just sent me the item. I had to then return it unnecessarily, at my cost.
