I also received this call and so rang Commonwealth Bank on a different number and it's their credit card collections number. If you can be bothered, I'd call back on the 132221 number and get them to switch you through as the 1300 number incurs costs that their main number doesn't.

The recorded message does not usually ask for client number and loan numbers, most definitely looks like a scam. Recorded voice sounds exactly the same though, so beware.

Similar call, asking for Kate Elbourne, on my message bank saying to call back on 1300 378 386.
The calls come at regular intervals at all times of the day and night.

Over the last 4 months we get a phone call claiming to be from the Commonwealth Bank asking us to call 1300 130 107. It asks for a Mr E but it should be a Mrs E to ring. We have just hung up but everyday we get 1 or 2 calls which includes weekends. This is very annoying.
