Caller: CBA 1300 103 907 is CBA. I received a do not reply SMS and email. I deleted the email and then verified it was also listed inside my net-bank. I rang CBA on their general enquiry number and they verified the 1300 number and requested ID verification is legitimate. They also offer that a person visits a local branch to verify ID if you don't feel comfortable over the phone.

Said they were from the Commonwealth Bank and needed to verify account details. I said that I would not do this, and they offered to email me instead which they did (without me providing my email address). The message reiterated that they needed to verify my account information and asked that i call this number which I did not do. I have reported it to the ACCC scamwatch website.
