First of all this number asked me to click on a dodgy looking link? Then sent another message asking I call this number in relations to a debt I owe for insurance. Don’t give out your details!! They already had my first and last name !

Claiming to call for Auto & General Insurance for my father regarding urgent insurance matter, to call this number and a reference number. He has current claim outstanding..

Got a text from 0439 455 875, apparently Recoveriescorp , saying we owed $4500 to IAG, first we had heard of it, and to pay asap. WTF. no explanation. This is surely a scam. In fact I think the whole company is a scam and should be reported immediately to the ACCC.

received phone call from unknown no and mentioned they are from NRMA insurance and debt recoveries. Talked with a Indian guy and unfortunately shared my details . Now continue receiving sms and e-mail to pay debt which was finalised by NRMA complaint 1 year before. Please be aware about this scammer.

this is a scam. they claim that there is debt but they can't even give you details of the debt, because it's fake.

When i clicked on the recoveries corp website i get this warning message from my Malwarebytes antivirus software.

"Website blocked due to a Trojan"

Received letter saying they act for comminsure insurance and wanted to recover a debt. They didn't disclose the alleged amount owed though

Never received anything from the insurance company but received letter regarding the debt. No chance to dispute the claim or to provide my insurance details. The person on the phone was really rude and told me we don't work on your behalf and wouldn't help me. You would think if you want to recover debt (which shouldn't be with them at this stage) you would try and work with the person on the phone rather than being rude.

Pay up for reduced amount etc mentions this number in text 1300 074 359 This appears to be a legit co so using that number to legitimise the contact however number call came from is Chinese writing when I Google it.
Assumption by people that the intext number is the caller. People likely to respond by clicking a return call so goes under the radar of being from Chinese contact by people without realising when they return contact. Sleezy.

I think is a total scam !!!!!

this number was given as the number to call back from calls to my mobile with 'no caller id'. they rang me 2-3 times day everyday over 3 weeks. Total scam, am reporting to consumer affairs and police.

My son received a call for this company, saying that he had a debt to pay of over $1200, but if he paid straight away it would be discounted by 50%...Nothing adds up, and what debt recovery company offers a 50% discount...!!!! Under investigation atm... Googled some scam reviews etc, something dodgy going on..
