In October 2011 I purchased a digital recorder as above from RetraVision Springwood NSW. As part of the arrangements, I also acquired an additional protection plan for three years. Your item code was L/12DVD1. As from yesterday the machine fails to operate. It gives the message “Check Disk”. On going to the disk manager, the machine freezes totally. The only option that works is to turn it off at the power point.

As Retravision Springwood closed some months ago, I would appreciate your letting me know how I can invoke the additional warranty and have the machine fixed.
