I answered the call because it didn't look like the others numbers that were obviously dodgy. After a while, you can spot the difference. But this looked like a legitimate number. Local as well. After a reverse lookup it's apparently registered to a J Davis in Yanchep. No answer when I picked up, so yet another to add to the block caller list. I now have over 100 blocked numbers.
