Call from (08) 9537 6558.

Said they were Australian Health and Wellness Forum and wanted to ask a few health related questions. Said would only take 3 minutes.

Asked what age bracket and if had various forms of arthritis etc and to confirm area lived in and whether working or retired etc etc.
Sounded rather suss... SUSPECT A SCAM ???

Genuine West Australian number ,They last called me in September .
If I had been home when they rang I would have answered .
I don't think it's a scam ..

Suspect scam . Did not answer . They usually try to get a " yes " out of you so they can use this to scam you later

Caller: person with accent doing a health survey

obviously a scam call told them to dissappear

Caller: Australian Wellness Foundation

Knew this was a scam the minute the announced who was calling. Told young male with Asian/American accent he had the wrong number. He began insisting he didn't so I told him he'd called a mental health clinic and for both our sakes I was hanging up. Dead silence - that response obviously wasn't in the script!

30 times a day over the past weeks. We do not answer our landline connected to our NBN for this reason.

Answered the phone and caller said sorry to disturb you, have a nice day and hung up

Caller: Unknown but I’m sure it’s a scam.

This number calls my landline everyday and sometimes numerous times. Once my answering machine kicks in they hang up

Another WOG who was told to go away (being polite here) Jeez we get at least 4 calls a week here, good job the government is doing something about this....Yeah right

Did not recognise number... let if go to voice mail... "they" hung up. Home phone on NBN. Checked this site... have now blocked.

Let this call made at 3:22pm go to voice mail, I could hear a call centre in the background, there was a long pause and they hung up. I rang the number back and I got a "Your call cannot be connected" message. Clearly a scam - beware.

Said he was calling on behalf of Australian Health & Wellness survey. I replied I do not do surveys on the 'phone. He said "It will take less than two minutes". I reiterated I do not do surveys on the 'phone. He said "Well, I will just ring you back."
The area code and next four digits places this as a Western Australian number. I rang it back from a CLI blocked mobile.
Of course the number is not connected.
