I have lost count how many times I've had calls from this number

Caller: Overseas scammers using a spoofed local number.

Overseas scammers using a spoofed local number. Pretending to be a survey from Australian Health and Wellness Forum. Diverted to spammer answering machine.

Asian woman from ?... doing health survey, not selling anything, will only take a few minutes. Have had similar calls before. I hung up before she could start asking questions

Apparently a Filipino Call Centre. Claimed to be calling from something called Health & Wellness Centre. Wanted a heap of personal information to assist their activities (presumably scamming the elderly and vulnerable). Unfortunately the Do Not Call Register is useless against these overseas scam calls.

Just Block it.

Numerous call from this number, no message left, cannot return calls as it’s not connected.

Wow They must have more than one scam going at once because they usually say they are from the Health and Wellness centre. Its fairly obvious they wanted your computer details to get into your banking etc. They will disguise themselves as anything we know it seems to gain trust and for us not to question who they are. Even if Telstra did ring me asking for these details they wouldn't get them. Ever. Good for you Bob asking them to tell you the shop names opposite. They knew you were onto them right away. I am haning up on anyone I don't know these days.

Good Information thanks. It makes sense he DNC is inneffecive with this call as its from overseas. I am going to buy a phone that allows me to block them. I cant find that function on the one I have. Even the name Health and Wellness is stupid. Both the same thing. I hang up as soon as I hear this call and any other scam callers. I think we all learned not to even engage in talk with them. Just hang up. Cheers.

Fedup Good for you. One of these guys from this place called me today 4/1/19. It seemed not to be a recording. Like you I hung up before he got too far. I have had three calls today from various bogus places. A network place who said my internet and phone were going to be cut off. I had two of those. I hung up of course. These people are scammers I am sure. Who answers very personal questions to some guy saying he is from "who knows where". Yes...total stranger I will tell you all my personal information... not likely. They have some gall. No one needs to know anyones personal business over the phone. Unless its a company you are dealing with. Like nobody gets past me on the phone either.

Voice (computerised) leaving a message on my answering machine to press 1 for NBN and the rest was muffled. I had 3 calls so far. I am registered with do not call.

Health and wellness survey scam ??. I'm being suspicious now that either Google phishing, Telstra, NBN or other business system has been hacked and is dishing out my home number! No other possible reason for this call or the related 5 other scam phone calls within about an hour.
