I received a call from this number. A mournful tune began to play and it went on an on for several minutes until I hung up.
This has happened a few times when my employees have answered, always with the music. It also happened on our answering machine.
Who knows what mentally disturbed people we have in society that would bother to do this? Obviously a form or harassment meant to annoy us.
