We just went to the tile shop called " Ceramics West" in cannington
There was a lady sitting at the reception but doesn't seem to very welcome us and we take the initiative and said hello to her and tried to ask her for help
But guess what she told us? When we tried to show her which section of tiles that we after
She said to us while she was sitting her backside on her chair :" I have a short eye sight and I wouldn't have know which one you are pointing .."

We then showed her which range we were after she doesn't even bother to look at us when we pointed to her those on sales range ....
And we asked her do you have any stock available for these sales item ...
She replied ....: " ALL WAS WRITTEN DOWN ON THERE .."

Waoh surprised with this kinda services !!
